Club Penguin - New EPF Message (Jet Pack Guy)

Hi there penguins!

Today, All EPF Agents have received some bad news from Jet Pack Guy in a new Elite Penguin Force message! It has to do with crabs.

"That's bad news. That means EVERY crab on the island is now a suspect in our investigation." 

How are we supposed to catch them all?
